Looking at these incredible images, you would think an expert makeup artist with decades of experience must be the one behind this high level face art. Yet this makeup artist is only 19-years-old! Her name is Saida Mickeviciute and she is a London native.
These are not photoshopped or costumed faces, these are all done with makeup! Once she sets her mind to an idea, she creates it. She does have a particular inspiration that she draws from. Horror films! She is also inspired from her favorite filmmaker, Tim Burton.
So where did she receive her training? Nowhere! She’s totally self taught! Apparently she started her face art before Halloween in 2015 and has been creating and improving ever since. These makeup jobs would appear to take hours, yet she states that it only takes one or two hours to create a face piece.
