Doctors say roughly 42% of people have restless leg syndrome or some type of leg cramping. This simple trick can help relieve those painful symptoms.

Simply place a bar of soap under your fitted sheets, at the end of your bed.  Soap is high in magnesium, something people with leg cramps need more of.  Doctors assume this is what causes the relief of pain, but then again it could just be another placebo remedy that works.
