Baking soda provides a ton of awesome benefits in life. From cooking to easing heartburn, baking soda is pretty much the bomb of kitchen products.

You can use baking soda instead of the regular shampoo and get shiny and healthy hair, free of residue of the conditioners, shampoo, and hair products you use.

At first you may find it a little strange to use on your hair as it doesn’t foam like normal shampoo does, but it still works wonders!

You will need:

  • Baking Soda
  • Water
  • Small Squeeze Bottle

In the bottle, mix the baking soda and water in 1:3 ratio, and in the case of long hair, you will need 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 9 tablespoons of water.

You can apply the mixture on wet or dry hair, from the roots to the ends. Leave it to act for a few minutes, and rinse it off.

Then, mix 1 part of apple cider vinegar and 4 parts of water, and use this solution to rinse the hair once more. You can add a few drops of your favorite shampoo to enrich the smell.

Your hair quality will significantly improve after the first treatment, but after some time, you will notice that the hair has started growing much faster, and it is shiny, strong, and healthy!
