A 35-year-old Miami officer was on the other side of the law in a situation that we simply do not see very often. The officer was off duty and driving at a very high rate of speed, 120mph to be exact. For four minutes and fifty seven seconds, the off duty officer was tailed by another on duty officer. The off duty officer simply refused to stop. Once pulled over he explained that he was ‘late’, but the very strict and very loyal Florida Trooper could have cared less and placed the off duty officer in handcuffs.
