TD Bank wanted to thank some of their long term customers and they did thank them in a very big, heartfelt way.
TD set up a few of their ATM’s as ‘Automated Thanking Machines’. When customers put their card in the machine, a real human voice started to speak. TD had done their research and they knew everything about the customers in question. The ATM handed out some of the most heartfelt and personalized gifts to these customer as a thank you for their business.
It is emotional and it is awesome! Way to go TD Bank! Way to go!
