There has certainly been no shortage of incredible rescue videos coming out of Texas as hurricane Harvey created an absolute natural disaster. With the rising flood waters, many parts of Texas are completely under water. Amazing people have been putting their lives on the line to rescue animals and people since the water rose.
In the video clip below, one young man and his father come across a horse that is locked in an enclosure and nearly up to his head in water.
While riding a horse, the young man is able to open the enclosure gate, grab a hold of the horse and rescue him.
