This glowing Halloween tulle wreath is very simple to make, but it looks like it costs a pretty penny. This is certainly an easy and fun DIY project to try and it will surely get you into the Halloween spirit!
Supplies Needed:
- Styrofoam Wreath
- Battery operated lights
- Orange tulle
- Bat/spooky decoration (found at craft stores)
- Pins/glue
- Thick orange ribbon
The project will take about 3+ rolls of tulle on a Styrofoam wreath. In this example an orange ribbon was wrapped around first and then pinned with the words, lights, and bats! But feel free to be creative and really deck it out!
