What You’ll Need:

  • 2 cups of pumpkin seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

Start by rinsing your pumpkin seeds clean and mixing them together with your salt and vegetable oil until they are well-coated. Then, spread your seeds out on a baking sheet and bake them in a 300-degree oven for 40 minutes.

While those are crisping up, grab a medium frying pan and melt your butter slowly before adding the brown sugar. Cook this, stirring constantly, until everything comes together and then grab your pumpkin seeds from the oven and add them into the pan as well.

Stir everything up until the warm sweet sugary butter melts and caramelizes over the seeds.

Take these off of the heat and allow them to cool a bit and serve with a nice glass of spiced cider. Now, EAT + ENJOY!
