Carson tested the pH levels of 7 different bottles of store bought water for a school project. His mother, Holly purchased pH testing strips that can be found at many local retail locations. Together, her and her son dipped the strips into the following store bought waters.
- Aquafina Water
- Smart Water
- Voss Water
- Evian Water
- Disani Water
- Fiji Water
- Pure Life/Nestle Water
The tests were done to see which waters are more acidic and which ones are alkaline. As we know, cancer cells thrive in acidic environments, therefore, drinking a water that is not acidic…is a plus.
The test was simple, but had huge results. Identifying Evian and Fiji as being the most alkaline, while the rest were rather acidic.
So, if you are out and about and need to purchase a bottle of water…you may want to spend a few extra pennies and go for the Fiji…or at least stick with Evian!
