What you will need to make ‘Wine Bottle Tiki Torches’
-Empty Wine Bottles
-Sand, Small Rocks Or Marbles (Optional) – Using one of these three will save on the amount of fuel you use.
-Corks or Bottle Caps
-Cotton Rope
-A Lighter or Matches
-Lamp Fuel (any lamp fuel will work)
