New York City police are looking for a suspect who effortlessly stole a bucket of gold from the back of an armored…or not so armored, truck. The theft took place in downtown Manhattan.
The video surveillance footage below is super clear and there is no doubt the guy will eventually be caught. Especially where this theft is probably high priority since the bucket of gold flakes is valued at $1.6 million.
The guy literally just walks up, grabs a 90-pound bucket of gold and walks off. Just like picking a penny up from the city sidewalk.
Authorities think the gold may be on its way to Florida. Talk about a retirement plan!
