Being in the military can certainly take a toll on you and your family. Some military service men and woman miss out on major life events happening at home while they are abroad, which can be grueling and hard to handle.
This was the case for Lieutenant Dan as he had been deployed in Afghanistan for 7 long months. During those 7 months Lieutenant Dan missed the birth of his little girl.
