The military diet is a three day plan that will allow you two lost up to 10-pounds in just one week! The plan is quite simple and you don’t have to starve yourself! A little exercise in addition to the diet will also increase your results!

What to drink on the military diet plan. 

Water is by far the best thing to drink on the military diet plan, so drink plenty. If you are going to drink something with a sweetener, make sure it is Stevia, as artificial sweeteners are not good for you and your blood sugar levels. You can drink as much herbal teas as you want and if you are a coffee addict, that is okay too. However, don’t add sugar or cream to your coffee. Black coffee has less than 5-calories per cup, so keep it black!

Day 1 : Breakfast

  • 1 cup coffee or tea with caffeine
  • 1 slice of toast (whole wheat) with 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 grapefruit

  • 1/2 cup of tuna

  • 3 oz of any meat
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream

  • 1 cooked egg
  • 1/2 banana


Day 2 : Lunch

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 5 saltine crackers


Day 2 : Dinner

  • 2 hot dogs without buns
  • 1/2 cup of carrots
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream


Day 3 : Breakfast

  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 1 small apple
  • 5 saltine crackers


Day 3 : Lunch

  • 1 slice of bread or toast (whole wheat)
  • 1 cooked egg


Day 3 : Dinner

  • 1 cup of tuna
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
