Cole, the employee, films himself getting fired and it becomes clear that the boss is way more uncomfortable that Cole is. From the camera angle, it’s clear that the boss more than likely sees the phone out and pointing at him — he just doesn’t care.
Boss man tried to be cool when ‘letting’ Cole go from his part time student position, but Cole just wasn’t getting it. Or was he? We are pretty sure he understood, but noticing that the boss wasn’t comfortable firing him, he decided to make him a little bit more uncomfortable.
By the sounds of it, Cole was a shitty employee and probably got off quite easy but just getting canned. Either way, Cole put on a good show and we are glad he filmed it!
