Photographer and artist Caroline Pommerehn captured one couples journey through pregnancy in stunning fashion. Her photos have gained quite a bit of attention around the web and for good reason. The photos are taken in a natural outdoor setting with the soon-to-be mother undressed and connecting with the natural elements around her. The husband, partially clothed in most shots wearing just a towel, shows love, compassion and joy towards his wife and unborn child.
