Yes, you read that correctly. There is a pizza that sells for $1,000 per pie and just around the corner slices are selling for $1 each. So what makes up a $1,000 pizza? Well a lot of stuff that should never be on pizza in the first place.

Nino’s Bellissima offers a $1,000 pie. The pizza is loaded with Caviar, lobster tail meat, fish eggs, wasabi and more exotic over priced delights.

Meanwhile, a pizza joint in the heart of Manhattan sells pizza by the slice for $1 per slice…and that’s tax included. The pizza looks delicious and you could buy 1,000 slices for the price of one of those ritzy rip off pies from Bellissima.

I think I’ll just stick to my ham and pineapple pizza!
