What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp red food coloring

Directions:

Combine the food coloring with the chocolate chips in a medium bowl. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter with the half and half over low-medium heat. Add the sugar and heat until the mixture is foamy. Stir in the white chocolate chips and turn the heat to low. Stir until the chips are dissolved, turn off the heat, and mix in the marshmallow crème. Stir until it is all blended and the mixture is smooth.

Pour half of the warm mixture over the chocolate chips and food coloring and stir until smooth.

Prepare a baking dish by spraying with nonstick spray and laying a sheet of aluminum foil inside. It should overlap the pan on both sides so you can pull it out easily. Spray the foil again.

Pour half the white mixture into the dish. Pour the red velvet mixture over that, and top it with the rest of the white chocolate. Drag a knife through in lines to swirl it. Refrigerate until firm, and then slice into squares and share with friends and family!
