1. Cookies and Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients: 

20 Oreo 

1 cup melted chocolate

2 liters softened vanilla ice cream

Directions: 

Crush all the cookies inside a ziplock bag using a rolling pin. Place all cookie crumbs in the bottom layer of a 9-inch pie dish creating a crust. Spread the vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust. Drizzle some melted chocolate all over the top part of the pie. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

 

2. Triple Decker Brownies

Ingredients:

Ready-made cookie dough

Oreo cookies

Brownie batter 

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the cookie dough on an even layer in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking pan. Place the cookies in an even layer, side-by-side on top of the cookie dough. Pour all the brownie batter on top and spread it to create another even layer. Pop it in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, while sticking a toothpick to see if the center is baked well enough. Cut into even rectangular slices.

 

3. Creme Brûlée

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream 

1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon white sugar 

Directions: 

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Put the ice cream inside the microwave for 30 seconds and allow to cool after for 5 minutes. Whisk the egg yolk with the melted ice cream until it has a smooth consistency. Put the mixture in a porcelain ramekin and put the ramekin in the center of a pan. Pour water all around the pan to surround up to half the height of the ramekin. Bake for 45 – 50 minutes and remove the ramekin from the pan. Refrigerate it for at the very least 2 hours. Remove the ramekin from the refrigerator and let it set for 30 minutes before pouring the sugar on top. Using a torch, melt the sugar on top until it turns brown. 

 

4. Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup melted chocolate 

3 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted

Directions: 

Stir peanut butter and powdered sugar together until you reach a smooth texture. Put 6 liners on a cupcake tray. Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate on the bottom of each cupcake liner. Put 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture above the chocolate. Top the peanut butter mixture with more melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the chocolate hardens.
