Actor and comedian Adam Sandler was awarded the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., on March 19.
Ben Stiller, Jennifer Aniston, Steve Buscemi, Conan O’Brien and Chris Rock were among some of Sandler’s friends who attended and spoke about him during the event.
Sandler’s comedies have made an insane amount of money over the years, grossing more than $3 billion worldwide.
Many of the comedians in attendance have had incredible careers because of Sandler. Sandler has always thought of his friends when it comes to casting his movies.
A well deserved prize for one of the best comedians and movie stars of our time!
