There are a ton of interesting and tasty ways to make a meatloaf, and this recipe below is one of the best we have ever came across! We made it. We ate it. And it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

The Babybel meatloaf recipe starts off rather basic – ground beef, seasonings, breadcrumbs, and an egg. Then things get a tad more interesting when you begin adding diced red onions, green peppers, and minced garlic.

After the above combination of ingredients are all mixed up, divide it in half. Roll out one half and press 5 unwrapped Babybel cheese wheels into the meat. Once the cheese is in place, cover up the cheese layer with the second half of meat mixture, pinching around the edges to close up the edges.

As if all of the above isn’t enough tasty goodness…you know can whip up a glaze to rub over the meatloaf!

Combine whiskey, ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl and then brush it over the meatloaf.

Now, the best way to cook this bad boy is on a grill on an open flame. You will want to cook for 20-minutes over an open flame and then 30-minutes in indirect heat.
