Zach Galifianakis is taking his laugh-out-loud, purposely uncomfortable celebrity talk show on the road in the first trailer of Netflix’s “Between Two Ferns: The Movie.”
Between Two Ferns shorts have been in production since 2008. They were created by the ‘Funny or Die’ production company, which is half owned by Will Ferrell.
The shorts often feature major celebrities being interviewed by Galifianakis, in hilarious fashion of course. President Obama has even made an appearance.
BTF has been a huge success for Funny or Die and they are absolutely hilarious. Racking up millions and millions of views on Youtube as well.
Netflix decided to tap into the BTF brand and create an entire movie based around Zach Galifianakis’ character on Between Two Ferns.
The movie will be released on Netflix – September 20, 2019.
