The recent performance by 15-year-old Sarah Ikumu on Britain’s Got Talent is undoubtedly one of the best talent show performances ever!
Sarah stepped on stage and announced she wanted to sing one of the biggest songs in history, Jennifer Hudson’s epic ballad “You’re Gonna Love Me”.
Simon Cowell was taken by surprise by her song choice and at first, seemed worried that the 15-year-old couldn’t handle it. Well, she could handle it…and she absolutely nailed it!
The performance earned Sarah the golden buzzer, which Simon pressed almost immediately after her performance ended. The golden buzzer shoots Sarah straight to the live performance round of the show. And boy oh boy does she deserve it!
