This Nor’Easter is no joke. Travel is horrible and there have been hundreds of accident reports throughout the state already today.
The snowy roads contributed to a car plummeting to the cold river in Biddeford.
Officials say a man and a women are being treated for hypothermia after the car they were in crashed through a guardrail and into the river below.
Luckily rescuers jumped in and were able to pull the two out of the submerged car.
