One father wrote a rather creative tardy note for his daughter ‘in the interest of honesty’.
Patrick Pipino says he took his wife and two daughters to the Bruce Springsteen concert on Monday night.
In the note, Patrick states the concert took three and a half hours. “Be darned if he didn’t play for three and a half hours.” he writes.
The concert started at 7:30 p.m., well past the youngsters bedtime, so of course going to school the next day was going to be out of the question.
The note was surely comical and hopefully the school felt the same way! One missed day of school for a Springsteen concert…yea…totally worth it!
