A South Carolina man was chatting up on the phone with a friend by the shore of Lake Moultrie when he heard something splashing in the water.
Clyde Hall took a moment to investigate and found a catfish flopping around in the water while a snake had hold of it. The two were in a death struggle.
Hall had front row seats to the fight, so he hung up the phone and decided to start filming the rare encounter.

The fish eventually held the snake under water long enough, that the snake let go. A smooth move by the catfish for sure!
