Youtuber BenWillingdorf decided to build a massive snowman in his front yard, a giant Olaf from the movie ‘Frozen’ to be exact. The snowman is taller than his house and the response he received from his community was beyond what he ever expected.
Once the giant Olaf was erected, people started to flock to his neighborhood. Parents and children took pictures with the giant Olaf and Ben was featured on a ton of local news outlets. If you are thinking about heading over to take a look at Olaf for yourself, you will need a passport as Olaf is currently residing in Quebec, Canada!
With all of the unexpected attention Ben and Olaf were getting, Ben decided to put the attention to good use. Places a bucket for donations next to Olaf, Ben was able to raise $6,350 in just six days for a charity which helps sick children.
Well done Ben!
Clearly Ben has an incredible artistic talent because if I were to attempt to build and sculpt such a snowman, it would most certainly not look as good as Ben’s. The likeness of Olaf is brilliant!
