This “Almas” Iranian Beluga caviar has a price tag of $34,500 per kilo, which also makes it the most expensive food in the world too. The reason why it comes with such a hefty price tag is because this caviar comes from the eggs of an albino sturgeon fish that happens to be between 60 to 100 years old, and the fish is considered in danger of extinction as well. And you can only purchase it in specialty Caviar House & Prunier stores too, making it even more of a luxury.
