This incredible feat of architecture called the Antilia belongs to Indian businessman Mukesh Ambani, where he and his family live. Located in Mumbai, this 27-story skyscraper cost him $2 billion when he built it back in 2010 and has since taken the title of most expensive private residence until this very day. Aside from the fact that it has 400,000 square feet of living space, a theatre, a health spa, three helipads, three floors dedicated to parking for 168 cars, 600 staff members, and so many other amazing features, part of the reason why it’s so pricy is also due to its location on what’s also known as the “billionaire’s row” in Mumbai.
