This video features some great, simple techniques on how to take control of a potentially deadly situation and defend yourself against a gunman.
We have all seen the move in the movies where one person is has a gun pointed at them and they grab the slide of the gun preventing it from firing. Well, can this really happen? On top of showing you a some great defense moves, this video also puts that ‘move’ to the test.
If there is no bullet in the chamber of the gun, holding the guns slide will in fact stop a bullet from entering and therefore not allowing the gunman to fire. If there is already a bullet in the chamber, the gun will fire once while the slide is held, but it will not be able to fire again.
