This is one of the scariest and saddest tornado videos we have ever seen. Clem Schultz filmed a massive tornado from the second story of his home as the tornado ripped straight through it. Sadly, the tornado took the life of his wife as well as Clem’s next door neighbor.
Weather forecasters stated that the tornado was going to miss Clem’s town but he was sure that he was going to lose power. With that knowledge, Clem headed to the second floor of his home to gather lanterns for him and his wife to use in case of an emergency. While upstairs, Clem noticed the tornado was heading straight for him, so he took out his cellphone and recorded the video you will see below.
The sheer power of the tornado is incredible and as we watched the video, we found ourselves anxious as it approached. Filming a tornado when you are right in its direct path is not something that is recommended and is very, very dangerous. Our hearts surely go out to Clem and his family.
