Philo the cat is a free spirit – he does what he wants and he roams as he pleases. Philo’s owner knows this, so he wanted to give Philo a helping hand in his quest for independence.
After spending an hour and half installing a new cat door so Philo would be able to come and go as he pleases, this happened.
