Pedro Viloria, 22, was working the drive-thru at the Doral, Florida McDonald’s when she noticed a customer was having a hard time breathing.
An off-duty Miami-Dade police officer, seemed fine as she placed the order but when he handed her the bag of food he noticed that she appeared to be having difficulty taking a breath.
There were two kids in the backseat of the car as it rolled away from the drive-thru window and crashed into a median.

Viloria heard the children screaming and she jumped into action…literally.
Viloria jumped through the drive-thru window and ran to the car. When she realized the woman was unconcious she ran back to the restaurant for help. Luckily, inside McDonald’s, there was a paramedic and fire rescue worker getting ready to eat.
Viloria said the first responders performed CPR on the woman and used an automated external defibrillator machine to revive her.
