The Mega Millions jackpot is now sitting at $1.35 million after there were no winners on Tuesday night’s drawing. This is now the second largest lottery jackpot in the lottery’s history.
The winning numbers for Tuesday were : 07 – 13 – 14 – 15 – 18 with the mega ball being 09.
The drawing for the $1.35 billion prize, roughly $707.9 million in cash, is scheduled for Friday night. After taxes, the winner will walk away with an insane amount of cash money!
“While many consider Friday the 13th an unlucky day, it has been rewarding for Mega Millions players over the years, with six previous jackpots won on such a day. There’s a chance for another this Friday, and it’s a big one!” the lottery said in a news release early Wednesday.
It appears that Michigan is the place to buy a winning ticket on Friday the 13th as Michigan residents won 4 out of the 6 previous Friday the 13th jackpots.
