Drew Barrymore has been in the spotlight since she was a baby, and earned a spot in Hollywood before she could probably spell her name correctly. But as the young actress grew up in front of the screen, she also struggled to deal with fame, fortune, drugs, alcohol, and just being in the right headspace for such a young girl thrust into fame. More often than not, the young actress did a number of things she wasn’t proud of, like when she decided to give Letterman his “gift” for his birthday. She decided to stand on his desk and flash the talk show host, lifting her shirt and showing him her goods.
