You’d think that Kanye West had learned his lesson after acting incredibly stupid on the VMA awards show with Taylor Swift. But apparently when the rapper turned designer guested on Ellen, and he ended up taking over the show by going on a 7-minute monologue where he just rambled on about everything under the sun. His speech went, “Picasso is dead. Steve Jobs is dead. Walt Disney is dead. Name somebody living who you can name in the same breath as them. Don’t tell me about being likable. We’ve got 100 years here. We’re one race. The human race. One civilization. We’re a blip in the existence of the universe, and we’re constantly trying to pull each other down. Not doing things to help each other. That’s my point. I’m shaking, talking about it. I know it’s daytime TV, but I feel I can make a difference while I’m here. I feel I can make things better through my skill-set. I’m an artist.” It’s obvious that there is some very weird stuff going on upstairs.
