Mel Gibson’s Continued Denial of His Past and Racist Rants

Mel Gibson was once Hollywood’s golden boy, but as the actor aged, apparently so did some of his political views. Aside from his telephone conversations where he’s lambasting his ex-wife were broadcasted on television for all to hear, the Lethal Weapon actor was also heard having drunken anti-Semitic rants during a drunk driving incident that almost completely ruined his career. During an interview with Dean Richards for WGN-TV Chicago, the host asked him about that particular incident to which Gibson replied, “That’s almost four years ago, dude. I’ve moved on, I guess you haven’t,” after which he was heard cursing quietly, but not too quiet because it was caught on camera once again.
