When it comes to Andy Dick, it would seem that no one knows which description he best fits under. In 2007, alongside Ivanka Trump, he was a guest on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! Show. Dick seemed totally “out of it” on the show, and worse yet, he kept touching Ivanka even though it was obvious that she was very uncomfortable with his advances. Despite how many times Kimmel tried to make him stop, he refused, so Kimmel had to call in the big guns and had security forcibly escort him out.
