Have you ever worn something that has gone beyond the realm of apropos and into the area of downright prophetic? Texas native Luciano Gutierrez knows the pain of the universe’s sense of humor sneaking up on you from behind, and giving you a loud and hard smack upside the head. His mugshot features him wearing a shirt that said more than his face, or his testimony, ever could. His shirt read, “Warning: I do dumb things” and boy, was the shirt right. He was arrested for DUI, for the ninth time. Yep. Ninth. That meant he could then be charged with a felony under Texas law. News outlets all over the country picked up the story, with Gutierrez, and his wardrobe, staying mostly mum on the matter.
