Having your mugshot taken means you are going to jail, there are no two ways about it. Unless and until you are bonded out, you will have to stay in jail. Sarah Furay somehow was smiling from ear to ear in her November 2015 mugshot, despite being charged with the possession of 31.5 grams of packaged cocaine, 126 grams of high-grade marijuana, 29 ecstasy tablets, methamphetamine, and 60 doses of a drug similar to LSD. If she was found guilty, she could have faced a maximum of 215 years in prison. Furay posted the $39,000 bond the next day. Eight months later, the grand jury indicted her with four felony counts of possession with intent. Her trial date was moved back several times due to other cases being higher on the docket, with the most recent date being set for March 2020 where she will have a Preferential Jury Trial, according to the Brazos County Judicial Records Search.
