Florida resident Fidel Gonzalez Gutierrez was arrested right around the holidays — not for looking like Santa, but for six counts of selling cocaine. He must’ve really Let it Snow.

Gutierrez was on the police department’s naughty list as he was charged with six counts of selling cocaine within 1000 feet of a place of worship, and four counts of using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony. He is also known to have sold cocaine to an undercover detective on six occasions between late February and early March. Another question arises: why did that detective have to go back five more times?

Gutierrez was held without bond at the Monroe County Jail in Marathon, Florida. He was a fisherman, although judging by his looks, he could do very well in the delivery industry if he gets out.
