Florida kind of has a reputation for certain things, one of those things being rather interesting people. We are being extremely polite and tongue-in-cheek, y’all. But this man with the magnificent bouffant was the farthest thing from polite, as he was booked for abuse and battery of a person above the age of 65. His rap sheet is longer than his bangs too, as he’s been in before on several counts of grand theft auto and burglary. He was released in 2007, and there hasn’t been much else heard from him since.
