Phil Huddy was just driving around, minding his own business, trying to take a left turn. As Phil came to a stop in order to wait for traffic to pass before he made the left turn, a car came barreling towards him at an extremely high rate of speed.
The car coming towards him was being chased by police and at the very last second, as Phil gasped in panic…the car swerved, missing Phil completely.
Everything was recorded on Phil’s dash cam and he is certainly lucky to be alive. For a few moments after the incident, Phil is in complete shock.
