ONE57-picA secretive buyer has paid $100 million to live in one of New York City’s finest buildings across from Central Park.

A buyer closed in on the 89th and 90th floors of 157 W 57th St. for approximately $100,471,452.77, the New York Post reports.

It is the most money anyone has ever paid for resident in New York City.

The condominium complex features an indoor poor complex, private dining hall and even a library, according to the building’s website.

ONE57 was one of the first buildings featured in what is known as “billionaire’s row.”

The skyscraper was created by architect Christian de Portzamparc. The 75-story tower overshadows Central Park.

“The $100 million buyer is incredibly secretive,” a source told the newspaper.

The buyer will join tenants Lawrence Stroll and Silas Chou, both of which helped take Michaek Kors public.
