Bettie Page posing in her iconic leopard print suit with two cheetahs flanking her at the wildlife park Africa USA in Boca Raton, Florida.  Known as “The Queen of Pin-Ups” in the 1950s, was also an actress who was among the earliest “Playmates of the Month” for Playboy magazine in 1955.  Bunny Yeager, a pin-up model herself, was the photographer who was credited for Page’s most iconic photos, including Page in the “jungle girl” suit which she made herself.  The aspiring photographer hit it big with Page, and she was also the one who sent the photos of Page to Hugh Hefner for Playboy.  Page became an in demand model for several years while Yeager popularized erotic photography.
