The Netherlands just recently declared a code red weather alert after the country was blanketed with snow and ice from recent storms.
There is so much ice covering the roadways that citizens are able to ice skate up and down the roads! Being from New England where the Winter weather often brings icy condition, I myself have often wondered if there would come a day where I could ice skate down the road! For now, I guess I will have to live vicariously through this video.
