One of the highest-paid players in Major League Baseball, Los Angeles Dodgers lefty pitcher Clayton Kershaw follows one rule: sticking to one that works. He has been with one team throughout his career, the Dodgers, and committed to staying when he signed that rich seven-year contract. His partnership so far has seen him earn three Cy Young Awards, an NL MVP, and eight All-Star selections. The same holds true for his wife, Ellen, who he first started dating when he was just 14 years old and both were freshmen in Highland Park High School. They married in 2010 after seven years of dating, and hasn’t looked back. The two are proud parents to three kids and are heavily involved in humanitarian work, while also co-authoring a book, Arise: Live Out Your Faith and Dreams on Whatever Field You Find Yourself, which was released in 2012.
