According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations, Tad Cummins and Elizabeth Thomas were located in Northern California.
The 50-year-old former-teacher and 15-year-old girl were reported missing March 13th from Columbia, Tenn. Since then, a nationwide manhunt was in full effect to locate Cummins and the missing girl.
Thomas is now safe and Cummins has been taken into police custody.
The last verified sighting of the pair was in Oklahoma City last month.
