For more than 100 years the Brown Mountain’s in North Carolina have been home to some very strange happenings.
The first account of the Brown Mountain Lights came in 1913 when a fisherman reported seeing a mysterious glow just above the horizon. Since that moment, numerous eye witness accounts have come in year after year regards those same, strange, mysterious glowing lights.
Recently, a team of researchers was filmed by National Geographic as they observed the area in order to not only catch a glimpse of the phenomenon, but also try to figure out its origin.
