We are not sure if you have ever had to deal with a mouse problem in your home, garage or camper…but those little pests can cause major issues! We have gathered some of the best ideas on how to keep mice out of your home, garage and camper!
Place a couple bars of Irish Spring soap wherever you want to keep mice away. The rodents absolutely hate the strong smell of the soap and will most certainly stay clear of any place that carries that smell.
Another great hack that falls along the same lines as the one above, is to simply place dryer sheets around your camper, home, garage, basement or anywhere you feel mice may be hiding out. Make sure to change out the dryer sheets for fresh ones every few weeks. Mice strongly dislike the smell of dryer sheets, so you want to make sure they are always smelling strong!
Soak cotton balls in peppermint oil and place them around the suspected or problem areas.
Mothballs are also a great way to keep the mice away, but the smell of mothballs can be just as annoying to humans as it is mice! So just remember that!
Use steel wool to cover any holes that mice may be entering through — mice hate metal! Aluminum foil also works great for this too!
