This showboating biker taunted for police as they played a cat and mouse game throughout the city streets. Reaching speeds in excess of 100 mph this guy showed no fear as he maneuvered through traffic, at times standing up on the seat of his bike. All of this was captured on camera from a news helicopter. Ultimately the biker decided to surrender…but it would appear he probably was just running out of gas anyways!
